Trump speaking at one of his two Tampa, Florida rallies

Early polling results from Florida released two days ahead of the November 8th presidential election, have indicated that Donald Trump is leading Hillary Clinton amongst Florida voters.

Results also show that Trump has received 130,000 more votes than Mitt Romney in his 2012 bid for the White House.

This is all good news for Trump considering that Florida is a major battleground state.

Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton have spent a great deal of time campaigning across the must-win state but, the turnout for Trump’s rallies have been far greater than those of his opponents, which show that Floridians, along with most hard-working Americans across the country, are ready for real change. Change that has been promised over the last eight years but was never delivered.

Today, Trump made one of his final campaign stops in Sarasota, Florida where people began lining up at 6 p.m. on Sunday evening, almost 15 hours ahead of the 11 a.m. start time for the event.

The rally, held at the Sarasota Fairgrounds, rounds out a month of campaigning in Florida that included stops in Jacksonville, Tallahassee, Naples, St. Augustine, Miami, and Sanford. Trump made two visits to Tampa after more than 6,000 supporters were turned away from Mid-Florida Credit Union Amphitheater during his first stop which, was filled to record-breaking capacity.

Meanwhile, Clinton’s running mate, Governor Tim Kaine, canceled his Sarasota rally scheduled for late October (right after he canceled an Ohio rally when he arrived at an almost empty auditorium). Although no specific reason was given for the cancellation, low-attendance and not wanting to risk further embarrassment for Hillary Clinton would be the most likely explanations.

Trump’s popularity amongst republican voters has continued to exceed that of any recent republican presidential candidate and his success can be attributed to his ability to address the real problems

American’s are facing both at home and on the global stage. Trump wants what millions of Americans want and need, more jobs, better healthcare options, freedom from government intrusion, to be safe from radical Islamic terrorism, to “Make America Great Again”
