January 20th, 2017 cannot get here fast enough — that day will usher in a Donald Trump administration. As our 45th President, Trump has chosen Jeff Sessions, as U.S. Attorney General.

For the sake of restoring law and order, America desperately needs both Trump and Sessions.

Redefining the DOJ

Under the Obama administration, Eric Holder and Loretta Lynch turned the Department of Justice into the Department of “Just Because We Said So.” Their mission was not about pursuing justice and adhering to rule of law. Instead, they defied the Constitution and defended criminals.

Lynch vowed to prosecute anti-Muslim hate speech after Islamic terrorists killed 14 people and wounded 22 others in San Bernardino, CA. Yet in reality, support was given to Black Lives Matter, allowed to incite riots, vandalize cities, loot private businesses, and threaten the lives of law enforcement — hindering policing officials’ ability to protect legal citizens.

They have done all this without any condemnation from the Justice department. Now, Lynch is fining the Denver Police Department $10,000 for not hiring criminals.

Denver PD Needs Cops Not Criminals

In an effort to lessen the burden on existing officers, and to cut millions of dollars in overtime spending, Denver PD set out to hire hundreds of new police officers. One of their main hiring requirements? Applicants must be a U.S. citizen.

This past spring, they hired 200 new officers to help protect the city of Denver from criminal elements. Instead of being congratulated by the DOJ, they were hit with a whopping $10,000 fine and required to complete re-training steps. Apparently, requiring American police officers to be U.S. citizens is discriminatory. Anyone else see the irony in this?

According to the DOJ, the Denver Police Department violated federal provisions in the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). These provisions forbid the excluding of those who have temporary visas or permanent residency status, from being hired.

In what universe does it make sense to hire people, in the country on temporary visas, to become police officers? I am guessing in the liberal universe. If an individual does not care enough to become a U.S. citizen, they certainly should not be given a job protecting those that are.

Assault on Law Enforcement Continues

This is not the first time a police department has been fined for requiring applicants to be U.S. citizens. In August 2015, the Eugene, Oregon police department was fined $3,000 for asking applicants about their citizenship status.

Law enforcement officers are being summarily executed across the country. Instead of putting an end to this madness, Lynch and the DOJ are fining police departments for upholding the law. What motive drives such insane actions?

Trump Will Bring Back Justice

For the last eight years, we have been living in Obama’s America. A place where wrong is the new right — where evil is called good. Where the arrogantly corrupt hold law and order in their hands. President-elect Trump’s Department of Justice will look and act vastly different from what we have now. He clearly understands that when you break the law to uphold the law, justice is lost for everyone.

How do you think Trump’s administration will restore justice in America?
