“Americans should support President Trump”
The Rocky actor called Trump “larger than life” and a “fighter” and hinted that people should expand their views a bit more.
“You can’t be totally one-sided forever. Then you just close your mind to possibilities forever.”
The Oscar-winning actor told AARP: The Magazine that Trump has to be a good president and suggested he couldn’t be anything else.
“What I see is a guy who will not lose.”
In his recent interview with BBC, the Academy Award-winner said it is time for people to “get over it” and support President Trump.
“It’s time for us to embrace and shake hands with this fact and be constructive with him over the next four years.”
The star of hit movies like True Grit and Hell or High Water, loves Trump’s “unpredictability” and believes he is a winner.
“I’m rooting for the guy, but we’ll see how it all goes. You just don’t know how it will all work out.”
