Jalapeno Bacon Mac & Cheese Grilled Cheese

What’s better than a grilled cheese? A grilled cheese with bacon, jalapeños, and mac and cheese! This epic grilled cheese is everything you’ve ever dreamed of.

RECIPE:
Step 1: Make mac and cheese
-In a pot over medium heat, combine 4 tbsp of butter and 3 tbsp of flour and stir
-Heat until bubbling
-Add 3 cups of whole milk and heat until lightly simmering
-Add 1/2 cup fontina cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, and 6 cups extra sharp cheddar cheese
-Mix until melted
-Add a dash of salt and pepper and stir
-Add 1 pound cooked elbow macaroni and stir
-Grease a 9×13 baking dish and pour in mac and cheese
-Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees

Step 2:
-Assemble grilled cheese
-Cover 2 slices of bread with mayo
-Coat a medium skillet butter and place bread mayo side down
-Top with cheddar slices and cover to belt
-Top with bacon, then jalapenos, then mac and cheese
-Place bread on top, mayo side up
-Flip and cook until brown
