A San Francisco apparel company, Modern Appealing Clothing, has filed a class-action lawsuit against Ivanka Trump’s fashion empire citing “unfair competition.” The lawsuit is just another in a long line of frivolous attempts to punish Ivanka because her father is the president. Despite having distanced herself from her organization, she remains a favorite target of leftist bullies.

The suit, filed in California Superior Court on March 16th, claims that comments made by President Trump and senior adviser, Kellyanne Conway, have provided and unfair advantage to Ivanka’s brand. The president tweeted his support to Ivanka back in January, after Nordstrom dropped her fashion line.

Conway gave a harmless plug to Ivanka when she urged people to “go buy her stuff” during her appearance on Fox & Friends. Brother and sister, Ben and Chris Ospital, and mom Jeri, who founded MAC in 1980, believes these instances have created a better market for Ivanka’s clothing line.  The documents assert that:

“As a result of their unlawful acts, defendants have reaped and continue to reap unfair benefits and illegal profits at the expense of plaintiff MAC and the Class it seeks to represent.”
