Former interim DNC Chairwoman, Donna Brazile, is holding nothing back in her new book. Especially when it comes to the failed presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton. In no uncertain terms, she makes it clear that Clinton was willing to do whatever she had to do to win America’s highest office.

Newly released excerpts from Brazile’s book, Hacks: The Inside Story of the Break-ins and Breakdowns that Put Donald Trump in the White House, she pours salt truth in the wounds of a party plagued with scandals. She also confesses that the election was rigged because the Clinton campaign largely financed the DNC during the presidential election.

If you remember, Bernie Sanders alleged that the DNC and Clinton colluded to steal the nomination from him. As it turns out, Sanders was right. The agreement, “was not illegal, but it sure looked unethical,” said Brazile. “If the fight had been fair, one campaign would not have control of the party before the voters had decided which one they wanted to lead.”

The agreement Brazile is referring to concerned fundraising for the DNC. The organization was millions of dollars in debt after Barack Obama’s 2012 campaign. So, Clinton’s money was a desperately needed lifeline for the committee. By May of 2016, she had raised close to $50 million for the DNC and other state parties.

In other words, Clinton tried to buy her way into the Oval Office.

By Any Means Necessary

Additionally, Brazile suggests that Clinton lied about where the money was going. While Clinton claimed that support for the DNC meant supporting state parties, state parties kept less than 1% of the $82 million raised by her fundraisers. During the election, Sanders campaign manager, Jeff Weaver, made a statement condemning her actions.

“Secretary Clinton is looting funds meant for the state parties to skirt fundraising limits on her presidential campaign,” Weaver said at the time. “We think the Clinton campaign should let the state parties keep their fair share of the cash.”

Brazile’s stint as DNC chairwoman came to an abrupt halt mid-election. WikiLeaks released an email showing she sent questions to Clinton ahead of her scheduled debates with Donald Trump.

Although, Brazile apparently doesn’t see that as being as unethical as her candidate’s actions.

Hell hath no fury like a (Democrat) woman scorned.
