Jep Robertson’s house is official for sale. He and his wife Jessica Robertson moved with their five kids to Austin Texas earlier this year. Here’s what Jep’s house is like.
What It Would Be Like To Live In Jep Robertson’s House
First, any potential buyer for Jep Robertson’s house should know that they’re in for some wild neighbors. The home is situated on what some call “Robertson row.” It’s lovingly called that because so many Robertson family members live there. Can you imagine going to grab your mail in the morning and running into Willie Robertson? Or how about getting in a fender bender with Jase before work? It would definitely make for an interesting, and perhaps exciting time.
The house is listed for 1.4 million dollars in West Monroe Louisiana. That’s a pretty large chunk of change, but you get a lot for your money with six bedrooms and six bathrooms to choose from. It looks like an equally large family might want to move in.
The home itself is beautiful, with a rustic country vibe. There are two fireplaces- one in the family room and one in the master bedroom. The ladies of the house might be excited to hear there’s a huge copper tub to relax in. For hobbyists, there is a music room, sewing room, and wet bar. Talk about living in the lap of luxury.
The kids’ rooms aren’t bad either. Earlier this year Lily Robertson posted a “room tour” on Youtube. She showed off her huge bedroom, with an added loft space for lots of hide-and-seek.
Are They Sad To Go?
Jessica Robertson has addressed the questioning public regarding her and her husband’s move. Apparently, the family has been splitting their time for quite some time. Jessica said, “The seed to be planted for moving here started about ten years ago. We fell in love with the Texas area. Gradually, we started doing more and more here. The past five years we’ve really made a lot of friends in Austin.”
It sounds like they won’t be in need of a new support system. It’s hard to believe Jessica and Jep are willing to leave their entire family with five little ones to look after. However, Jessica said, “God has planted these people in our lives over the past five years to know the transition to leaving because we’re not leaving family, yes we are leaving the neighborhood and selling our house, but we’re going back so often. Kay’s already booked trips here to see us.”
When you think about it, can you believe Jep Robertson’s house is for sale?
