Pets are good for your health. If you adopt a dog, it can help lessen feelings of loneliness. Having a companion can be good for both your physical and mental health.

Not to mention that it could cost less! The additional costs of spaying/neutering, vaccinations, and sometimes even microchipping can be included in the cost of a buying a shelter dog. 

 

  Another reason to choose a rescue dog is that well, you save a dog’s life! Not to mention that you also help other dogs in shelters and perhaps, make room for new dogs.
