Country stars are experts on good-sounding music. They know what instruments fit where and what is going to attract people to their song.
In a similar way, many stars know what fashion is hot this season, like, call-the-fire-department hot. Some of them are so passionate about helping others look good that they’ve started fashion lines.
We all want to feel good in our clothes and want others to acknowledge that we look good. As Tim Gunn said, “Everyone has a best feature, so find clothes and accessories to accentuate those, whether it’s your shoulders or your long legs!”
Here are seven country artists who’ve started their own fashion line.
Award-winning country artist Gary Allan started The Label, a menswear boutique in Nashville, in 2011. They offer custom suits, jackets, denim and dress shirts, as well as jewelry and furniture. You can check them out at www.thelabelnashville.com.
Miranda, the clothing line by none other than Miranda Lambert, started when the country singer’s boots got too old to walk in. And, of course, these are boots that fit her personality, some styles covered in a shiny silver coating.
You can find the Lambert line of boots on DSW’s website.
What do you get when one of the biggest forces in sporting goods partners with one of the biggest voices in country music? You get Calia, that’s what. You get Carrie Underwood’s activewear line.
With Calia, you get sports bras, tank tops, and even swimwear. You can check it all out at www.caliastudio.com.
Florida Georgia Line
Florida Georgia Line is probably best known for their single “Cruise,” which is one of the best-selling singles in the US, but that’s not the only thing they’ve put their stamp on. Brian Kelley, one of the band members, and his wife, Brittany, began a unique line of clothing and called it Tribe Kelley.
You can find their clothing line at www.tribekelley.com.
It seems like Paisley is always wearing a cowboy hat and a belt buckle. What cowboy wouldn’t? So it’s not surprising that his clothing line, Moonshine Spirit, carries cowboy boots, hats, and shirts so anyone can look as good as Brad.
It’s a collaboration between him and Boot Barn, a western wear retailer. You can step on over to their online store here. Do you know of any other fashion lines that fit your country lifestyle? Mention them in the comments so others can check them out too!
