Easy Seekh Kebab Recipe


PLEASE NOTE! This will make about 24 kebabs. I make half and freeze the remainder. If you’re looking for a recipe for fewer people, merely cut the recipe down to half 🙂 Hope you guys like it !!!

1 lb beef chuck (8 0% lean 20% fat)
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 tsp ginger and garlic paste
1/4 beaker mint, finely chopped
1/4 beaker coriander, finely chopped
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 green chili( grind into the paste in an electric grinder)
1 tsp coriander powder
3/4 tsp cumin powder
3/4 tsp cayenne pepper( I add 1 tsp because I like it real spicy)
1 tsp salt
1 beaker yogurt( Indian style such as Gopi)
2 tbsp mint
2 tbsp coriander
1 medium green chili
