Will Carol Be The Queen Of The Kingdom?
As if it wasn’t already clear, Benjamin informed Carol, “Ezekiel is going to keep coming out here to check on you. He doesn’t want to bug you, but he needs to know that you’re okay… he looks out for the people that he cares about.”
During Carol’s lone scene in the premiere, Morgan’s protégé reminded her that there are people out there who care for her, whether or not she wants to be reminded of that. King Ezekiel is perhaps the newest person to watch over Carol.
Will Carol make peace with herself to give another man a chance?

There has always been something between Daryl Dixon and Carol Peletier on The Walking Dead. So far, however, it seems to only be a friendship or some type of mutual respect between two survivors.
While age is rarely a factor on the show, Norman Reedus is 48 and Melissa McBride is only 51, even though the show has tried to make it appear that there is a bigger gap in age between the two.
Not that age really matters, but it’s curious why there hasn’t been a sexual relationship between the two, especially during Season 5 when they were both out searching for Beth.
It’s unclear why Daryl Dixon never made a move…
Morgan And Carol’s Journey Together
In addition to Ezekiel and Daryl’s love triangle for Carol, there is also Morgan. While he hasn’t shown any real motive outside of friendship, he’s spent a great deal of time and risked his life to save Carol several times now.
Perhaps Morgan’s new philosophies have left him asexual in this new world, but if not, Carol may be an option. Carol, on the other hand, seems to be the problem. Despite her new-founded badassness, she doesn’t leave room for love.
Perhaps Carol hasn’t gotten over her abusive husband. Regardless, she’ll likely need to figure out herself before she can make room for another.
Do you think Carol will find love this season on The Walking Dead?
