As mentioned in a previous article, when the writers of the Big Bang Theory went to Comic Con, wedding promotional photos have been found online for Leonard and Penny’s second wedding. The pictures also include Penny’s family.
What’s To Come
For the Season 10 premiere, Leonard and Penny will be renewing their vows and having a proper wedding ceremony with their family and friends. CBS has released (via EW) a first look at the wedding photo.
Penny’s close with her dad [Keith Carradine],” EP Steve Molaro told EW. “As we know, her brother Randall has been a bit of trouble over the years, selling drugs and being in and out of jail, and that’s put a lot of stress on her mom. You will pick up on the tensions between her mother and her brother very quickly, and you get a glimpse of Penny and her dad being caught in the middle of that.”
According to Entertainment Weekly:
“In the season premiere, after Sheldon’s father and Leonard’s mother share an evening together, everyone deals with an awkward morning the following day. Also, Penny’s family arrives for the ceremony, including her anxiety-ridden mother, Susan (guest star Katey Sagal), and her drug dealing brother, Randall (guest star Jack McBrayer).”

What About Sheldon?
But big things will also be happening to our beloved Sheldon Cooper. Steve Molaro, the show’s executive producer said that they are adding a new milestone in the Sheldon-Amy relationship in Season 10 and the idea of being roommates may be one of them:
“It is a huge possibility that Leonard and Penny might live together, considering that they are officially married. This leaves Sheldon on his own. Sheldon has tried a few times before to get a new roommate, but it seems he could not find someone that he could trust and could replace Leonard. And of course, Amy could be the answer to his problems.”
Molaro said that Amy would find a way to trick Sheldon into doing this and probably using his etched-in-stone roommate agreement to make him consider her as a potential roommate.
Big Bang Theory Poll
In other Big Bang Theory news and in relation to a previous article, a poll was given on Digital Spy. 80% of viewers would stop watching the show with no main cast members. Of course, this doesn’t surprise me in the slightest.

But there’s no reason to worry just yet. That play is not set in stone and we still have season 10 to look forward to. Not to mention Leonard and Penny’s second wedding, as well as the arrival of the Walowitz baby. If a show does happen, maybe financial circumstances will be met so that some of the main cast would return. Maybe the others could have guest star appearances. They are doing that now on Disney’s Boy Meets World spin-off Girl Meets World. It could probably work for the Big Bang Theory as well.
