Melissa McBride and Jeffrey Dean MorganSeason 6 left us with a hell of an ending along with a lot of pissed off fans.

The close in April has left millions of viewers around the world, anxious in anticipation to find out which one of Rick’s crew was offed by the malicious Negan, played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan. Mellissa McBride and Jeffrey Dean Morgan each had some things to say about the upcoming Season 7 of the Walking Dead.

McBride knows, there has been a lot of fans left upset after the climactic ending of season 6, “Oh, I’ve heard it. I’ve heard it all,” McBride stated “But, you know, it’s entertaining. It’s compelling and some people like cliffhangers, some people hate them, and that’s just part of the experience.” She went on to say with a smirk on her face.

The ending of Season 6 was a shock value type of ending.

McBride promises us though that Season 7 will make up for any complaints viewers had with the end of Season 6. “Oh God, it’s going to rock the walls. The wait is worth it. Whether you’re angry with it or whether you liked the cliffhanger or whether you’re pissed off about it, the wait is worth it.”

McBride goes on to talk about the difficulties in keeping secrets about the show from friends and family, “They ask and it’s a lot of me saying, “If I could tell you, would you really want me to tell you?” She then describes the funny look they get on their face and the, “No. I want to know, but I want to wait. I don’t want to know. I don’t know if I want to know. It’s driving me nuts!” Reaction that most people give when presented with the opportunity to hear the inside scoop on the Walking Dead Season 7.

Jeffrey Dean Morgan (Negan) reported to fans while on scene at a recent convention, “gonna’ be really, really wishing that the cliffhanger had never ended after the first episode back, so be careful what you wish for.”

The Walking Dead’s producer then chimed in with his own input “get a lot worse before it gets better.” The fans then looked scared, excited and shocked all at the same time after the producer and Morgan commented.

“You know, after directing the premiere episode, I was f–ked up for two weeks, you know? I really felt like I dragged a lot of my dearest friends into these really deep, dark places shooting that episode, and it’s been definitely an experience unlike anything that I’ve ever handled before,”

Fans simply sat in awe at the intensity of the cast and crew of the show.

It’s best for fans to anticipate a highly emotionally charged ride with what’s about to be unveiled in the premier of Season 7 of the Walking Dead. The new season starts on October 23rd at 9pm EST.
