Walt Disney World Resort
It’s about that time again — the New Year. I know it’s not even Thanksgiving or Christmas, but 2017 will be here before you realize. Because of that, we put together a guide to planning your New Year’s Eve celebrations at the Walt Disney World Resort.
Dinner at California Grill
The chefs at California Grill know their stuff. They make a luxurious meal with stations around the restaurant. Better yet, Disney characters are scheduled to appear. Wine and cocktails are included AND the view of the Magic Kingdom Park fireworks is amazing.
The talented California Grill chefs create a dine-around style gala, with cooking stations throughout the restaurant. And we hear that the Disney characters will make appearances – along with Baby New Year. Wine and cocktails are included. And of course a spectacular view of the Magic Kingdom Park fireworks! 7:30 p.m.-midnight, $650. (Dinner jacket required for men.)
New Year’s Eve at Epcot World ShowPlace
The World ShowPlace will be holding an all-you-can-eat meal in its spacious pavilion. You’ll have photo ops with vignettes and plenty of Disney music for all to enjoy. For adults, you get soups, salads, and meals that will fill your stomach. And the kids get a special kid station where they can feast on mac n’ cheese, chicken fritters, and other kid-friendly foods.
Monsieur Paul Dinner
The France pavilion at Epcot has a beautiful upstairs dining area. And it will be offering six seating on New Year’s Eve: 11:45 a.m., noon, 2:15 p.m., 2:45 p.m., 5:45 p.m. and 6:15 p.m. You’ll get a four-course menu including classical French cuisine cooked by one of the most famous chefs in France, Chef Paul Bocuse.
La Hacienda de San Angel New Year’s Dinner
On New Year’s Day, you can have a special night at the Mexico pavilion at Epcot World Showcase. Dinner includes five courses, live music, and a breath-taking view of the Epcot IlumiNations holiday show. You can get margaritas, tequilas, and appetizers. Wine comes with the main course and you’ll get a dessert liqueur to end the evening on a sweet note.
Narcoossee’s New Year’s Eve Dinner and Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
Visit this restaurant between 5 p.m. and 5:45 p.m. and you’ll get four courses. Visit between 8:30 p.m. and 9:25 p.m. and you’ll get to eat a five-course meal and hear live music.
