Will The Big Bang Theory go on forever? It seems like if it’s up to CBS CEO and the cast, the answer is yes.

In a recent interview with Variety magazine, Kaley Cuoco revealed that the cast is sometimes in disbelief with the success of the show. She also admitted the tight-knit group is willing to continue filming the show…forever?

Kaley Cuoco told the magazine, “Every single day, we’re shocked when we look at ratings…We’re shocked that the people still want to see us. We love being there and you know, I don’t ever want it to end, but you know how it is.” Seriously? She NEVER wants it to end.

This makes more sense when you realize Kaley is making over $1 million dollars per episode. It also helps that the entire cast remains close friends. When you’re getting paid a ton, to do what you love, with people you love- it really doesn’t get better than that. Kaley said of her cast mates, “We really like each other…it is such a family and you see the relationship onscreen, and it comes off to people.”

The CEO of CBS also agrees with Kaley- The Big Bang Theory should continue forever. Leslie Moonves said of the series two seasons renewal, “I hope it goes beyond that,…In my book, Everybody Loves Raymond left three years too early…You want to leave on top, but you also don’t want to leave money on the table.” He also explained that contracts for the season 11 and 12 renewal went easily. He explained, “I don’t think it was terribly trying.”

Moonves said he wanted the cast to feel welcome and have a good experience in contract meetings; “(Warner Bros. Entertainment CEO) Kevin (Tsujihara) and I met with the cast. We presented them with where the show was. We wanted to make this a happy experience.”

So will The Big Bang Theory continue on forever?…or at least past season 12…We’ll have to wait and see.
