The fourth season of S.H.I.E.L.D. will soon be on air. It’s become one of the most watched TV series taking place in the Marvel Universe. The new season will include one of our favorite actors from the Walking Dead Universe.
Lorenzo James Henrie, Chris in Fear the Walking Dead will be playing the role of Gabe Reyes. Gabe is Robbie Reyes (Ghost Rider) younger brother. The role should prove to be challenging as Gabe is set in a wheel chair. The young Reyes brother, played by Henrie is known to keep a good sense of humor. His witty attitude will make for a fun role for Henrie to play.
Gabe’s older brother, Robbie is played by Gabriel Luna. The younger version of Ghost Rider will most likely be unfamiliar with traditional fans. His position as a high school senior coping with teenage life, while taking care of a brother in a wheel chair could prove difficult. Along with that he has to come to terms as the outlandish character Ghost Rider. It will be interesting to see how Henrie portrays this character vs. Chris in Fear the Walking Dead.

Although Henrie is only 20 years old, he has already proven himself to be an astonishing actor through his role as Chris. The new story of Ghost Rider came about in 2014 so is fairly new to the Marvel world. Older fans could have a hard time adapting to the new story line based around Robbie and Gabe Reyes.
As for Henrie, the world of S.H.I.E.L.D. is entirely different than the Walking Dead Universe. Will he be able to adapt to the new world, free from the living dead? Hopefully his role in several indie films over the last several years will allow him to play the part of Gabe with shining colors.

It’s still undetermined if Henrie’s character Gabe will be in the new episode. Hopefully we will get to see at least a glimpse of Lorenzo and his ability to play the role of a completely different character then Chris.

Maybe the role of Gabe will also help him develop his skills to play Nick as well. It could be useful to add a new dynamic to his Fear the Walking Dead character’s development in the series. In any case, whether you watch S.H.I.E.L.D. or not, it will be cool to see Lorenzo play a new role.
