Now that we know The Big Bang Theory is renewed for two more seasons, TBBT fans can breathe a sigh of relief. With two more years guaranteed of our favorite show, it’s fun to look back on what has happened in the past ten years. We’re going back over our favorite episodes, and remembering all the good times.
The Gothowitz Deviation was the third episode of the third season, and it boasts all of the charm and humor that classic TBBT episodes do.

The episode begins with Sheldon in shock at Penny cooking breakfast and dancing in her underwear. These days Sheldon would take this to be a totally normal occurrence, but back in Season 3 he still wasn’t used to Penny’s wild ways. He’s then informed that Penny and Leonard broke Penny’s bed. Sheldon really can’t wrap his mind around that one.
Gothic Get-Ups

The best part of this episode is when Raj and Howard arrive dressed to go to a Goth-club. They have fake sleeve tattoos and leather pants. They’re even persuaded to go to a tattoo parlor by a group of hot gothic girls. Of course, the alcoholic swab alone is too much for Howard to handle, and the tattoos are a no-go.
Sheldon’s Training Penny

In the mean time Sheldon has been using chocolate chips to positively reinforce Penny. Sheldon is convinced he can train his new neighbor like a dog and “get rid of all of her annoying habits.” Penny has no idea that Sheldon is using the chocolate to sway her behavior. Of course Leonard catches on, and isn’t having it.
Overall this a great classic episode. There’s Sheldon being Sheldon, Raj and Howard being Howard, and Penny being Penny. We miss the old days sometimes when nobody got along or understood each other.
