Walking Dead Fans Want To Talk Beth Dixon
The Walking Dead | Photo Credit AMC Walking Dead fans love to speculate and fantasize about future (or past) relationships on the show. Above all else, fans are dying to see Daryl Dixon finally fall in love with someone.
So far, however, we’ve only been given Rick and Michonne since the death of Glenn ended Maggie’s relationship. The King has gazed at Carol, also, but no one seems to be truly looking at Daryl as a candidate.
In a recent event, fans asked about Beth and Daryl’s relationship.

Back in the fifth season of The Walking Dead, it looked like there was something between Daryl Dixon and Beth Greene. It never really played out to more than a brother-sister relationship since Beth was captured.
If Beth had survived, however, it’s possible that these two would have ended up being more than just friends. In fact, Hershel actor Scott Wilson said his character wouldn’t disapprove of such a relationship.
“Daryl is a good man,” said the actor who played Hershel.

“He’s a good man. I think all of you know that. At one point does a father lose control of what he thinks? How much influence does it really have? She’s a grown woman now. She’s a grown young lady. It is what it was,” said Scott Wilson.
“I don’t know that he would’ve thrown a fit if they’d grown together, if they’d become united or whatever. I don’t think he would’ve been too terribly upset. It isn’t like Daryl is… You don’t see him really getting drunk, you don’t see him carousing, you don’t see him… You know, he’s a good guy.”
Obviously, we’ll never really see the full relationship play out since Beth has been killed and so has her father, Hershel, but fans love to speculate. It’s unfortunate that we may never see Daryl find her counterpart.
