Remember when President Trump’s claims of massive voter fraud were dismissed as delusional by Democrats? So do we. Unfortunately for them, a group called the Election Integrity Project of California wasn’t so quick to dismiss the idea that voter fraud occurs. EIP’s investigation found that eleven counties in the state had more registered voters than it had citizens of legal voting age.

So much for Hillary winning the popular vote, right?
The data was obtained from public records from the Election Assistance Commission and through verbal accounts from various county agencies. When they compared 2011-2015 U.S. Census Bureau records with active voter registrations, they found more registered voters than they were citizens over the age of 18 in the following counties:
Imperial (102%), Lassen (102%), Los Angeles (112%), Monterey (104%), San Diego (138%), San Francisco (114%), San Mateo (111%), Santa Cruz (109%), Solano (111%), Stanislaus (102%), and Yolo (110%).
In Los Angeles County, where illegal immigrants have collected over $1 billion dollars in welfare payments, the number was even more startling at 144%. Partnering with Judicial Watch, a non-partisan government watchdog, EIP sent a letter to California Secretary of State, Alex Padilla.

“This letter serves as statutory notice that Election Integrity Project California, Inc., a registered non-profit corporation in California, and Judicial Watch, Inc., will bring a lawsuit against you and, if appropriate, against the counties named in this letter, if you do not take specific actions to correct these violations of Section 8 within 90 days.”
The letter went on to caution Padilla, that to avoid a drawn-out and costly lawsuit he must “conduct or implement a systematic, uniform, nondiscriminatory program to remove from the list of eligible voters the names of persons who have become ineligible to vote by reason of a change in residence.”
In addition, California must also undertake the process of removing those ineligible to vote due to criminal convictions, death, and being in the country illegally. You can read the full six-page letter to Secretary Padilla here.
