Trump’s Murder

Several social media users have alerted Secret Service officials to a series of bizarre and threatening tweets from a liberal history professor in California. In the tweets, he suggests that President Trump should be hung and that Republicans should be summarily executed in order to “save American democracy.”

The Daily Caller reported:

A history professor at California State University, Fresno, appears to have advocated for the death of President Donald Trump on Twitter. Tweets from an account purportedly operated by Professor Lars Maischak call for Trump to “hang” in order to “save American democracy,” and say the only “cure” for racist people is a bullet to their head. The account is not verified, although the bio and interactions between the user and other Twitter users indicate it belongs to the professor.

The tweets clearly show Maischak’s growing anger:

“To save American democracy, Trump must hang. The sooner and the higher, the better. #TheResistance #DeathToFascism.”

He also suggested that money should be collected to erect a monument to the person who would assassinate President Trump:

“Has anyone started soliciting money and design drafts for a monument honoring the Trump assassin, yet? #RESISTANCE”

Even more heinous was his tweet posting that Mary should have…

“If only Mary had had an abortion! We would have been spared this Clerical-Fascist crap. #HisGlory my a**!”

Maischak incessantly tweeted about the death of Republicans, who in his opinion, should be “killed two at a time for every one illegal immigrant that is deported.” He also asserted that mercy towards racists is a longstanding “American weakness.”

Multiple requests for comment on the tweets have been ignored by Maischak, who is a follower of the works of Karl Marx. The Daily Caller reached out to the university for their take on the situation, and to no surprise, they were less than interested.

“Lars Maischak is employed as a lecturer at Fresno State,” Kathleen Schock told TheDCNF. “Statements made on his personal social media accounts are his alone and are not endorsed by or reflect the position of the University.”
