In recent news, President Trump wants for there to be investigations into the Clinton family, based on their ties with Russia. This, of course, has risen to the surface after various investigations into Trump, wire-tapping, and so on.

On O’Reilly, House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes revealed:

“We’ve known about this long before Trump actually sent his famous tweet out about wire-tapping at Trump Tower. We’ve known that there was additional unmasking of American names. We had sources that provided us that information. I needed a place where I could find this information and review it.”

Fox News spokesman John Roberts also said,

“The President is returning to a familiar theme from the campaign trail, reminding people that [Hillary] Clinton sat on a panel that approved the sale of a Canadian company to a Russian company. The Canadian company owned one-fifth of the Uranium reserves in the United States.”

Trump Tweeted:

“Why isn’t the House Intelligence Committee looking into the Bill and Hillary deal that allowed big Uranium to go to Russia. Russian speech money to Bill, the Hillary Russian “reset,” praise of Russia by Hillary, or Podesta Russian Company. Trump Russia story is a hoax. #MAGA!”

Devin Nunes May Leave The Investigation

Devin Nunes may excuse himself since releasing information that vindicated proof about Trump’s claim of being wiretapped. Nunes visited the White House the day before he released this information. The White House supports Nunes’ investigation.

Sean Spicer revealed:

“We’ve asked both of these entities—the House and the Senate—to undertake this review, so it is partially at our request that they are looking into this.” Nunes said that he did not meet with anyone on the White House staff.

The White House has said that there is still an investigation going on, despite Nunes stepping down, so it’s unlikely we’ve heard the last of this news story.
