Lexy

We asked you guys on our Facebook page to post a picture of your rescue dog for our weekly contest. Here are five of our favorites from this week.

“This is our precious miracle rescue Lexy. We rescued her from a shelter. She had a fever when they checked her before we surgery to be spayed so they tested her for Parvo. She tested positive. Thankfully this particular shelter treated her and nursed her back to health. 2 weeks later she tested negative and was ready to come home just in time for Christmas. She is the sweetest soul I’ve ever met. Its amazing to see the world through her eyes after being caged for the first few months of her life. She rescued us.” ~ Tracy Syskowski Maldonado

Pinto Bean

“That’s my Pinto Bean and I found her at an abandoned house outside between 2 mattresses 11 years ago. She is a very spoiled miniature pinscher and she makes me happy everyday of her life. Every time I take her for her vet visit he tells me she is a very luck girl that I rescued her. I tell him she rescued me, I think I’m the lucky one!” ~ Cindy Olivarri Blankenship

Holly & Henry

“Holly and Henry are both rescue pups that I adopted from canine companions rescue center. Henry (tan boy) has grade 4 luxating patellas, but gets around just fine. We fostered Henry and decided to keep him when he and Holly fell in love ❤❤” ~ Jaime Richardson Martin

Daisy

“Our pitty was dumped in the business park I worked at…daisy is the best dog we’ve ever had!!! Can’t imagine anyone not wanting this beauty ????????” ~ Erika Steffen Lendy

Journey

“Journey was rescued from a shelter when he was 7 months old. He is now a Search & Rescue dog, certified in man trailing and cadaver.” ~ Darlene Griffin
