“The Rock” is one of the biggest influencers in showbusiness today. The former wrestler turned actor is currently one of the highest paid actors and his charismatic personality has fans asking him to run for President.

When asked by Vanity Fair about running for President in the next election, The Rock replied, “I wouldn’t rule it out. It would be a great opportunity to help people, so it’s possible. This past election shows that anything can happen.”

The 44-year-old actor spokes at the 2000 Republican National Convention to help encourage young people to vote. He’s also written other remarks on Twitter and Instagram, such as, “The idea of one day become President to create real positive impact and global change is very alluring…”

Celebrities Who Consider The White House

NESN reports:

“Celebrities and the White House go hand in hand at the moment, so why not have two face off in the 2020 presidential election? Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson already has dropped multiple hints about a possible presidential run in 2020, including in a recent Vanity Fair interview. And one particular moment from his “Rock the Troops” special, which aired Tuesday night on Spike, only will add fuel to the fire.”

“With comedian Keegan-Michael Key in the background, The Rock stepped up to a podium that said “The Rock” Johnson 2020 while wearing a pin with the same words to deliver an important message to his fellow Americans about the next election.”
