Carrie Underwood frequently mentions this snack in interviews about her diet. With a mix of protein, carbs, and fat, it’s a great afternoon pick-me-up and helps her not overeat at dinner.

As part of her vegan diet, Underwood keeps dairy out her of her diet. In an interview with Cosmo, she said, “I always keep snacks in my purse when I’m out, because I get brain fog when my blood sugar drops — my mouth moves but my sentences don’t make sense.”
With flavors like raspberry truffle, lemon meringue pie, and peanut butter cookie dough, they give a vegan diet much more flavor.
Being the mom of a young toddler, Carrie Underwood knows how difficult late-night cravings can be once you’re up in the middle of the night. So knowing she may be up later, she makes sure she her stomach doesn’t start growling. “If I don’t eat something after dinner, I wake up in the middle of the night when I hear [my son] Isaiah stir, and I’m like, ‘Damn. I’m hungry.”
Underwood told Self that Kashi cereal is something she frequently eats. I’ve always got cereal on me,” she said. “Like Kashi, because it’s healthy and my son likes it too, so if I just always have it in my purse then we’re always good.
Even Carrie Underwood has her sweet tooth. And given her penchant for baking, she can satisfy her own cravings. One of her sweets also doubles as an easy snack: muffins made with oatmeal and fresh fruit, like blueberries or bananas.
