In this video men’s style, grooming, fitness and lifestyle expert, Aaron Marino of IAmAlphaM, AaronMarino, and Pete& Pedro is presenting how to look good while reaching the gym.
Looking Good When Working Out

1. Wear clothes that attain you feel confident and sexy so you feel good about yourself
2. Don’t worry about matching brands
3. Match in terms of color
4. Invest in higher quality athletic wear for durability and better fit
5. Not all workout garment is created equal
6. Shoes should be stylish and clean as well as functional
7. Range! Don’t wear the same exact thing everyday like Alpha’s ‘red shirt guy’
8. Don’t look like you’re trying too hard, like the super coordinated guy at Alpha’s gym. In other terms, look good, but not too good.
9. Bring a towel!
10. Know when it’s time to retire workout clothes( instance: holes, stinky)
