Charcoal Smoked Ribs Tips For Beginners

In today’s video, we are taking a look at charcoal smoked ribs tips for beginners. We get to see how easy it is to start smoking your own meats. You can use this method with any meats, you only have to find out the final cooked temperature for safe eating.

we are going to need:

Charcoal Grill
Charcoal/ briquettes
Newspaper or Paper Towel or twigs or branches to light up charcoal
Paper Towel
3 or 4 Tablespoon of Cooking oil
Chimney Starter
Grilling Tongs
Grill cleaning scrapper/brush ( or aluminum foil)
wood chunks or wood chips
Aluminum foil or butcher paper
bbq rub or follow the recipe
and last ribs or meat that you will be smoking

Rub Recipe

1 Tablespoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Paprika
1 Tablespoon Chilli powder
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1 Tablespoon Garlic powder
1 Tablespoon Black pepper
1 Tablespoon oregano

Optional: remove and discard Fats and rib membrane
