Cosplay at Walker Stalker Con is one of the most popular trends in the world. As the event grows larger and larger, fans are coming up with more unique ways to show off their portrayals of favorite characters.

Above, a child dresses up like Negan. More than likely, his version of Lucille has black string or Christmas lights rather than barbed wire. Either way, the outfit is equally terrifying.

Currently, there are about six Walker Stalker Con events every year, including a cruise trip. At each one, fans dress up like their favorite characters and get the chance to speak with their favorite actors. 

The Walking Dead Actors Talk Dead

In addition to the cosplay, the actors also arrive to talk dead. Above, Pollyanna McIntosh (Jadis), Steve Ogg (Simon), and Austin Amelio (Dwight) talk about the Saviors and the Scavengers.

In addition to the well-known characters, there are also side characters. Above, two fans test their special effects and make-up skill as they prepare to become walkers for the big event. Greg Nicotero would likely be proud to see so many fans of his zombie work.

Above, this version of Rick Grimes has the new Polaroid camera from Season 8. We’ve yet to see exactly what he’s going to do with these photos, but we know it’s going to be something he uses to avenge Glenn’s death against Negan.

In addition to The Walking Dead, many of these events have other series to show off. Above, guests get to see what it’s like inside of walls of the Netflix hit, Stranger Things. Other well-known shows at these events include Sons of Anarchy, Arrows, Boondock Saints, and many more.
