Planned Parenthood Executive VP Dawn Laguens talked with Fox News host Tucker Carlson on the topic. And the article Phil posted on Facebook revealed a “lack of moral compass in an organization that touts itself as a women’s health care provider that specializes in reproductive health care.”

Ouch.

This sentence in the article was inspired by a pressing question from Carlson. He prefaced it with the fact that over 300,000 abortions happen every year, most of them being after five and a half weeks.

“That’s the point at which the fetal heartbeat can be detected,” Carlson continued. “I’m just wondering, as someone who works there, what do you think of that? What is being aborted? If you can hear the heartbeat, what is that thing that’s being aborted? How do you feel about that?”

Laguens’ evasive answer drove home the point that Carlson’s question eluded to — abortion is difficult to justify.
