Let’s say you have a big beard, like Duck Dynasty style beard… What’s the worst thing you can imagine? How about itchy, scratchy, nasty little lice?
The viewers of our favorite show of conservatives is now showing massive support for the family’s recent infestation. How exactly they got into this recent parasitic predicament is nothing short of bad luck. We’ll talk more about that in a few sentences. And we do know for sure that Jep is the culprit who brought the horrible little critters to the family. Apparently the bugs came in on an infested cap the DD son wore and he made the mistake of bringing it into the office.
What happened exactly was a sad mistake.
Apparently, the entire crew made the mistake of wearing the hat. Once they all took turns wearing the cap, the hurt and itchy suffering began.
The crew at Duck Commander all started to notice something was up with their hair and beards. Of course like a brother, Jase was not shocked and gave his two sense. And as he put it so blatantly, with that much hair, it’s not a matter of if you’ll get lice, but when. All in all, it seems they kept a very good attitude about the situation. I guess once you get lice, you may as well make the best of it.
Personally, I would have shaved my beard. I don’t know if I could handle having all those little bugs crawling on my face. But I guess that’s what makes the DD show and the family so tough. They don’t let a little problem like facial lice get them down.
And that is why we love the Robertson family so much I think. Because they continually show us how important it is to keep a positive attitude regardless of what is happening in your world. It truly seems that no matter what happens, the Robertson family keeps fighting the good fight for us all.
They show how good Christian, American values can carry a family through hell and high water. And now that the show is on the brink of being canceled, it’s sad. Because we could lose one of the last great American families who is delivering us what we need. The more families like the Robertsons who get swept under the rug, the harder it’s going to be for us all.
