Dr. Muhammad Yunus (Photo credit: Newsweek) Failed presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton, is back under the microscope after the Senate Committee on Judiciary opened a new investigation this week. The latest claim involves more than emails, however. Committee chairman, Senator Chuck Grassley, is alleging that Clinton was involved in a blackmail scheme against Bangladesh Prime Minister, Shiek Hasina.

Back in May, The Daily Caller News Foundation broke the story that as Secretary of State, Clinton sent top aides to “pressure Prime Minister Hasina and her son Sajeeb Wazed in an effort to kill that country’s corruption investigation of Dr. Muhammad Yunus.” Yunus was the head of the government-led Grameen bank and was being investigated for his financial mismanagement of the bank and its micro-credit loan program for poor peasants.”

Yunus also allegedly diverted $100 million dollars meant for Grameen and placed it with other organizations he was associated with. Being a close, personal friend of Clinton and a huge Clinton Foundation donor, he sought out her “help.” And now, Senator Grassley wants answers and he’s written to Secretary of State, Rex Tillerson, to get them.

The letter alleged that “State Department officials threatened the Prime Minister’s son, Sajeeb Wazed, with an IRS audit if he did not attempt to get his mother to terminate the investigation.” In addition, Grassley noted that Clinton’s actions have raised…
