A church shooting in Charleston, SC and a rally in Charlottesville, VA, have given life to the leftist racial agenda. Promoting white supremacy as the worst imaginable form of terrorism in America, is proving financially and politically beneficial for progressives. However, a new FBI report may turn their outcry into a deafening silence.
Significantly, according to the FBI, the newest threat to life and liberty is “Black Identity Extremists.” The official report makes it clear, that law enforcement is the main target of these groups. Although, white conservatives are ranking higher on their list. The agency specifically notes that perceptions of police brutality are fueling the fire.
“The FBI assesses it is very likely Black Identity Extremist (BIE) perceptions of police brutality against African Americans is spurring an increase in premeditated, retaliatory lethal violence against law enforcement,” reads the report obtained by Foreign Policy. Officials add, that these perceptions will very likely “serve as justification for such violence.”
In addition, the confidential report suggests the death of Michael Brown in Ferguson, MO was the inspiration for extremists to rise-up. However, statistics do not support the narrative of groups like Black Lives Matter with regards to police shootings. 748 people have been shot and killed by police so far in 2017. Less than a third, 168, were African-Americans.

Nevertheless, dozens of innocent police officers have been victims of violent extremists. And for no other reason, except they wear a uniform. Among the six acts of premeditated violence the FBI addresses in their report, is the fatal ambush of officers in Dallas, TX. The shooter, Micah Johnson, was a BLM supporter.
Consequently, while the bureau does not expressly name BLM, they do highlight their influence on extremism. “Based on Johnson’s journal writings and statements to police, he appeared to have been influenced by BIE ideology,” the report notes. However, prominent BLM activist DeRay McKesson, is attacking the FBI for the report.
Specifically, McKesson is voicing concerns that the agency is unfairly profiling black activists. “There is a long tradition of the FBI targeting black activists and this is not surprising,” claims McKesson. “I spoke about FBI visits to my house and the houses of other activists in our final meeting with [President Barack] Obama.”
