Stalling the Inevitable

One would think that getting the truth would be of paramount importance to Democrats, right? It is becoming increasingly obvious that they are intent on disrupting and obstructing President Trump any way they can.
Evidence of this can be found in their blocking witnesses from testifying during the House Intel probe. Witnesses like Carter Page for example. Page, a former Trump campaign adviser, was set to voluntarily testify before the House Permanent Select Committee until the Democrats canceled his appearance.
Their excuse? They were unprepared. Many prominent Democrats have pointed to Page as the “mastermind” behind the hacking scheme, which makes their lack of preparation excuse even more unbelievable. The fact that a least a dozen other witnesses have been prohibited from testifying regarding Russia’s alleged hacking, isn’t helping either.

Making this witch hunt ridiculous is the statements made by the very people pursuing this investigation. On Sunday, Adam Schiff stated on ABC News, that “he thinks” there is evidence of collusion. “Well, I think there is evidence. I can’t go into the particulars of our closed investigation,” said Schiff.

Boy, if we had a nickel for every time a Democrat “thought” something was the truth, we could seriously consider early retirement. Schiff went on to share his “thoughts” on possible obstruction of justice by President Trump. “I also think there is also evidence of obstruction. But in both cases, I would say, whether there is some evidence doesn’t mean there is proof beyond a reasonable doubt.”
Maybe if the Democrats would stop stonewalling and let people testify, we would finally remove those doubts. But, as we said before, that does not appear to be their end goal. We can garner that just by listening to the testimony of James Comey. Comey stated unequivocally, that President Trump was “not under investigation for colluding with Russia.”
That should’ve been the end of this liberal circus.
Sadly, our guess is that the end is not in sight. At least they are giving their constituents a reason not to vote for them in 2018 and 2020. After all, how hard could they be working for them while they are busy chasing their Russian fantasies?
