Michael Vick Talks About Public Persona
Former 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick seems to stay in the news, even when it’s not football season. In his most recent rise to fame, the unemployed quarterback fired a not-so-subtle insult at Michael Vick when Vick told him to cut his hair.
“First thing we gotta get Colin to do is cut his hair,” said Michael Vick in an appearance on FS1’s “Speak For Yourself.” Vick believes this is the first step for Kaepernick to reform his image.
The former 49ers star posted the definition of Stockholm syndrome on his Instagram, which TMZ points out was clearly meant for Vick.
Kaepernick’s Continued Delusions
The Daily Caller writes:
“It appears that Kaepernick’s delusional attitude since not respecting the national anthem hasn’t really improved. It’s not much of a mystery why nobody wants to sign this guy. He first compared police to slave catchers, and is now trying to insinuate black men who don’t agree with him are being held hostage.”
As Colin Kaepernick continues to show up as slightly insane, the chances of him ever being paid to throw another football are less and less.
Just A Tip For Finding Work…
The Los Angeles Times writes:
“Vick offered Kaepernick a basic tip that could be helpful to anyone looking for work. “Just go clean cut, you know? Why not?” said Vick, who sometimes wore his own hair in an Afro or cornrows in his younger days. “The most important thing that he needs to do is just try to be presentable.”
“He added: “I just think perception and image is everything, and listen, it’s not the Colin Kaepernick that we’ve known since he entered the National Football League. And I’m just going off my personal experiences, but I love the guy to death and I want him also to succeed on and off the field.”
