Fox News is clearly under attack. The last two weeks has brought the departure of long-time host, Bill O’Reilly, and veiled sexual harassment allegations against Sean Hannity. Even Jessie Watters, the host of Watters World, was recently accused by liberal media of making overt sexual remarks about first daughter Ivanka Trump. And all that could just be the beginning of their nightmare.

On Tuesday, 12 current and former Fox News employees filed a class-action racial discrimination lawsuit against the network. The African-American employees are alleging that they endured a “hostile and abusive” work environment at Fox and management did nothing. Lawyers for the plaintiffs issued a statement on the matter saying:

“When it comes to racial discrimination, 21st Century Fox has been operating as if it should be called 18th Century Fox.”

Fox News reporter Kelly Wright, an employee of the network since 2003, claimed in the filing that he was marginalized by the network’s so-called “plantation-style management.” It’s hard to imagine why a seasoned reporter, with over 10 years of experience in the industry, would stay under such “abhorrent” conditions, isn’t it? Interestingly enough, Wright’s allegation isn’t the most questionable.
