This, ladies and gentlemen, is how you fish in the South.

This is where we see a strong woman show the boys how to get ‘er done with nothing but her bare hands.

This is Hannah from Alabama, and she loves to go Noodling, the act of catching a fish with your bare hands (photo via YouTube)

One amazing Alabamian girl shows us how to fish like a female person. Here’s what happened…

Nineteen-year-old Hannah Barron is small, but you can’t underestimate her power. In just a bikini top and a pair of shorts, she does what most burly men could not.

The video below starts with her in the muddy waters of Lay Lake. She goes under and all we see are her feet at the tip of the water. She’s struggling with something under the water.

After several seconds, she emerges from the water, a 30-pound catfish swallowing half her arm. But it’s not eating her — she stuck her arm in its mouth and lifted it out of the lake.

With a huge smile on her face, she holds the giant fish above the water with both her arms as the people around laugh with joy. But for Hannah, this is normal life. She ain’t scared of no catfish.

“Hunting, fishing and just being outdoors is in my blood,” Barron said, reports Al.com. “It is always what I loved. It was what I was born into. I wouldn’t have it any other way. My family has always been that way.”

She’s been fishing most of her life, even catching a 50-pound flathead once. She said it bit her stomach during the struggle. This method of catching a fish with your bare hands is called Noodling — it’s dangerous and only for those with strong bodies.

For Hannah, it’s no problem.
