3Duck Commander probably seems like a dream job for most of us. Well, Jase Robertson tells us that it may not be. There’s one thing that annoys him about the job.

“As much as I love building duck calls and working at Duck Commander,” Jase says, “there are a couple of drawbacks. The obvious — having Willie as my boss. And secondly — customer complaints.”

In one of the Duck Dynasty episodes (video below), Jase opens up a letter, which he knows is a client complaint. He knows he’s not going to enjoy this part of his day. Along with the letter is a duck call, returned from the customer.

Before opening the letter, Jase first tests the Duck Commander duck call. This is a crucial step to handling client complaints.

“I always blow it before I read what he says,” Jase remarks.

So he gives a good, hearty blow.

“Nothing wrong with it,” Jase says. “Not one thing. Perfect.”

He then reads the letter. Or, we should say, he tries to read the letter. The client writes, “Bought duck call, sounds good. However, it wables.”

Wables??

“What does that mean?” Jase asks Godwin. He even spelled it out to make sure he was reading it correctly.
