Duck Dynasty stayed alive
source: Pinterest Now that we know Duck Dynasty is going off the air (April 12 is the last episode) for completely normal reasons (the family’s lives are moving on), let’s revisit some history.

According to E! News, the family started thinking very seriously about leaving Duck Dynasty behind.
“They’re an extremely tight-knit family and they’re not going to let this get in the way,” E! News‘ source said. “[Phil] is the reason for their success—they’re not going to abandon him. They’re also not about to let anyone threaten their religious beliefs.”
Declining Viewership

Movie News Guide reported earlier this year that season 10 may be Duck Dynasty’s last season.
“Unlike previous runs, the renewal this time around [season 11] is much more uncertain,” MNG said. “This is probably because of the declining viewership of the series.”
