This year’s The Big Bang Theory comic con panel was out of this world jam packed with juicy information about what goes on behind the scenes at America’s favorite comedy series. Here are five things we learned from the TBBT panel, hosted by Riki Lindhome.

This year’s Big Bang Theory comic con panel was made up of writers and producers, as well as Johnny Galecki, Kaley Cuoco, Kunal Nayyar, and Kevin Sussman. It was also moderated by Riki Lindhome, who played Ramona in the season finale.

The first crazy fact we learned from this outrageous panel- The Big Bang Theory was only Kunal’s second acting job. Yes, SECOND. While it takes some actors hundreds of odd jobs and guest spots to land a major role, Kunal just happened to hear about an audition, and landed one of the biggest acting gigs in Hollywood…no big deal.

On that note, we also learned that Kunal’s dog’s name is Boba Fett. The actor is a huge Star Wars fan. All of the actors admitted they have things they geek out about, and that makes it easier to relate to their characters.

Third tidbit we learned? Soft Kitty actually has more verses. Who would have thought this iconic song actually goes on to sing about bunnies and turtles. Sheldon left us in the dark all these years.

Also, Kaley Cuoco and Johnny Galecki got in a secret fight at their first Comic Con appearance, and Steve Molaro walked in on their lovers’ quarrel at the bar. He didn’t even realize the two were dating at the time and it made things REALLY awkward.

Everyone Cries…

Lastly, our fifth piece of backstage fun- Kaley Cuoco admitted that everyone was crying backstage when Jim Parsons and Mayim Bialik acted out Sheldon proposing to Amy. Apparently, Kaley was documenting the moment on a Polaroid camera, but she along with her fellow costars couldn’t hold the tears back.

Doesn’t The Big Bang Theory set sounds like such a fun place to be? If only we could land a guest spot, or just be a fly on the wall.
