This DIY Dad Started With An Old Motorized Scooter And Built Something Incredible

As a kid, if you didn’t have a motorized car of some sort, you weren’t truly living.

I remember having a red motorized Jeep, and it was the first telltale sign that I was destined to be a horrible driver. I was always running into everything in sight and I swear I spent more time pushing it around than actually driving it.

But for parents on a budget, even the most basic of motorized toys can still cost an arm and a leg. Instructables user evilosis found a way to transform an old motorized scooter he found on eBay into an epic car for his daughter.

For about $50, evilosis purchased this scooter on eBay.
