“The Other Side’s” Many Cliffhangers
The Walking Dead | Photo Credit AMC “The Other Side” ended with two cliffhangers, but for some reason, AMC released some photos of the next episode that nixed one of the major cliffhangers. These, of course, involve Sasha and Daryl Dixon.
At the end of Episode 14, Sasha (or Rosita) takes out one of the Saviors in order to save Eugene. In a moment that seems cowardly, but may be heroic, Eugene tells the girls that he’s going to stay because you’re either “in or out.”
Then, two more surprises occur in last minute of the episode.
Sasha Leaves Rosita At The Gate

First, Sasha distracts Rosita by telling her to keep watch, but then she uses a bike lock and barricades their only entrance. Sasha is on the inside, while Rosita is trapped outside the fence. Sasha wants Rosita to live.
Rosita then turns and runs. She’s full of emotions, but it’s unclear if she’s angry that Sasha locked her out at the last minute or upset that Sasha took away her mission to kill Negan or die trying.
Then, something else unusual happened.

Someone, who looks a lot like Daryl, is staring at Rosita, creepily, in the distance. Based on the shadow, it could be Daryl, Dwight, or Jesus. Based on the crossbow, it’s likely Daryl or Dwight. This is still an unknown.
Based on the photos AMC released, however, in “Something They Need,” we do know that Sasha isn’t killed when she breaches the Sanctuary. Based on the photos, it looks like she’s alive and well, perhaps in Daryl’s jail cell.
Unlike Daryl, however, she’s not being tortured or stripped nude. Perhaps there’s an ounce of decency within the Saviors after all. In addition to her being alive and well, it also looks like Eugene is given the chance to go and visit her.
Sasha seems safe, but do you think she’ll be tortured in the near future?
