Walking Dead Cuts Scenes To Protect Viewers

With Glenn’s death from Lucille, it’s hard to imagine the creators of The Walking Dead ever easing off the violence, but some things are just too much. These scenes were deleted from the episodes, but are now online.

One such scene happened when Carol and Tyreese got separated from everyone and had to look after Baby Judith, Lizzie, and Mika. They came across a stroller that was supposed to have a dead child in it, but this scene was cut.

Ironically, Lizzie takes a bullet later in this episode.

Governor’s Man Makes Stump Jokes

In the episode, “Too Far Gone,” the Governor’s henchman Mitch started talking to Hershel and Michonne when they were captives, and it got a little out of hand. He insulted the old man and made it sound like he would rape Michonne.

He appeared like he was actually going to follow through with the threat when the Governor showed up and knocked him down. This is actually similar to the scene in this year’s finale when Negan stopped a similar action.

Perhaps AMC wanted to wait until later for this to occur.

Rick Grimes Drops The F-Bomb

When Rick Grimes is captured at Terminus, what he really said was, “They’re f*cking with the wrong people,” instead of “screwing” or “messing,” which were outtakes later used in the episode.

The comic version from Robert Kirkman is obviously much more vulgar than the series. This is true for every character, even our hero. The biggest change of dialogue probably comes down to Negan though, who is drastically limited on cable.

This video might not be safe for work, but seeing as they were about to gut our heroes and bleed them out like pigs, I supposed the f-bomb isn’t really all that bad in the greater scheme of things.
