President Trump took over the White House and now has powers he’s never had before. One decision he will have to make is who will be the new Supreme Court judge, replacing the late Judge Antonin Scalia.

Phil is replacing Dr. Ben Carson as the Chairman for “Fight for the Court,” a movement to establish “a Court made up of justices who will respect the original meaning of our Constitution instead of legislating from the bench like a bunch of politicians.”
As the new chairman, he is encouraging others to get involved. He recently shared a video on his Facebook page stating his hopes for the Supreme Court.
“There’s two kinds of people that end up on the Supreme Court,” he says in the video.
“One group — they are in there to determine your rights. The other group are the one we want — they’re the ones who defend your rights that God gave you.”

He then goes on to explain how Constitutionists can regain power in the Supreme Court and reinstate a traditional vision in government.
