Lil Bow Wow, now known as just Bow Wow, is the kid famous for being in such “classics” as Like Mike, Roll Bounce, and Fast and Furious: Tokyo Drift, outside of his equally short-lived music career.

He’s been close with Snoop Dogg, as Snoop is the one who helped launch his career as a musician. After Snoop’s video came out where he held a gun at a clown’s head that looked like the president, Trump tweeted about jail time.

Bow Wow, who is actually Shad Moss, spoke ill about Melania Trump.

Shad Moss, a.k.a. Bow Wow, spoke about Melania Trump to the President: “Ayo Donald Trump, shut your punk ass up talking sh*t about my uncle Snoop Dogg before we pimp your wife and make her work for us.”

Many Twitter user immediately thought that the young rapper took things way too far on the social media platform. Statistically, Melania Trump’s approval ratings have risen from 36 percent to 52 percent since the election.

Both the music video and the comments are obviously ignorant.

Social Media Commenters Should Be Held Accountable

Some Twitter users wrote comments like, “Bow Wow is the first person in history to slander Trump and have people come to Trump’s side.” Another wrote, “Bow Wow temporarily created a cease-fire between the Right and Left while everyone agreed to call him an idiot in tandem. What a hero…”

Social media has created a way for anyone to say what they want without any real consequences. The video that Snoop Dogg made obviously toed the line, but this comment on the First Lady went way over the line.

Currently, the Secret Service is looking into Snoop’s controversial music video and it’s likely they’re now looking into Shad Moss as well for his comments.

How do you think these comments should be handled?
