GOLF SWING FEEL THE FLOW FOR CONSISTENCY AND LESS EFFORT

I am Alex Fortey and this is the art of simple golf. I am going to give you a really cool drill to give you a sensation to gather the ground to use the ground to be able to give you more power and a natural golf swaying that will attain you hit the ball better and have freedom in your swing.

We want to use the lower body correctly we wanted to use the ground to be able to give up cells leveraging and a free motion if we are skimming a stone if I was throwing this club I would use the ground to give me that propeller propulsion.

To many of us, even myself included we get a bit lazy with the lower body and will often consider golf sways a little bit like this where it’s merely upper body dominant and you know the positions might be ok but we are just trying to sort of swing like that.

Get a simple golf swing series for more power consistency and lower scores. It will also show you how to use the ground in the golf swaying too.
