As the old adage goes, it’s better to have love and lost than to never have loved at all.
Those words hold strong for us all, especially for Trevor Knight and Sadie Robertson who recently announced that after dating for a short time, the relationship has finally come to any end.
According to the recent news, it was Sadie who made the decision to end the relationship with Knight. She came out yesterday and simply said it was over. According to Sadie it had to do with conflicting schedules as the two are very busy.
Sadie, with her philanthropic ventures and Duck Dynasty and Knight with his position on Texas A&M’s football team.
Luckily they’re both young with very bright futures and a lot to look forward too. Sadie said, “It was just too hard to spend time together.”
So after two months of dating the couple has split. They have both held strong to their character and had nothing but the best to say about each other. Sadie is a class act and commented with the following:
“Me and Trevor actually just broke up. It’s OK, it’s fine,”
Sadie said. “I can say even after we broke up, he’s a great guy and I think he’s doing amazing things in his career.
Trevor, being the gentleman he is, also kept to his own style, charm and charisma when he posted a picture on the popular social media channel, Instagram.
Trevor Posted a pic of the two and said, “Just because I miss ya.”
Sadie also was heard to say on Fox News, “Me and Trevor actually just broke up. It’s okay, it’s fine.”
And then she also remarked, “We’ve only been dating three weeks so it’s super chill.”
Robertson is preparing for her live tour that begins on September 22nd so she doesn’t really have much time to spend thinking about the breakup. In Sadie Robertson’s own words, “We’ve been working on this [tour] for the last year…I’m very excited about everything coming together.”
Prior to dating Trevor Knight, Sadie Robertson dated Blake Coward for nearly two years before calling it quits and asking for a split.
One last thing she was heard saying about Trevor was, “I can even say after we broke up, he’s a great guy and I think he’s doing amazing things in his career.”
Being a celebrity in a relationship has got to be tough. Sadie and Trevor have both carried themselves with style and grace throughout the breakup.
