Rockville Rapist Given Top Lawyer
Montgomery Rapist | Photo Credit Fox News Montgomery County, where Rockville High School is located, and therefore the alleged Rockville immigrant rapist, is paying for a top immigration lawyer to help the 18-year-old illegal charged with raping a 14-year-old-girl in the boy’s bathroom.
Let that sink in. They are paying this attorney $575 an hour, to work full time on this case to help an illegal immigrant who has been accused of raping a young girl.

“It turns out the county has hired an immigration lawyer (Leon Rodriguez), who for $575 an hour provides the county services in connection with immigration matters. That attorney, formerly served on the board of CASA de Maryland, which helps illegal immigrants avoid deportation.”

According to Dan Stein, Fed. For American Immigration Reform:
“Leon Rodriguez ran the U.S. Immigration-Citizen services for Obama. Basically, he used to rubber stamp applications through, run a VISA mill, where we used to call him ‘Ramrod Rodriguez.’ Basically, everybody got a trophy. He promised that these people who got these unconstitutional amnesties had nothing to worry about. Now he’s going to bat for Montgomery County because they’re in a jurisdiction that wants to fight Trump and stop immigration law enforcement, or do whatever they have to do to effectively stop law enforcement.”

“The Washington Post reported in November that Montgomery County has spent nearly $4 million in relation to this transit center litigation. Ian Smith, an attorney with the Immigration Reform Law Institute, told TheDC, “In general, one can conclude the emails show that the county is very serious about continuing its obstruction of the federal restrictions on sanctuary jurisdictions as well as the president’s executive order which seeks to take away federal grants from these areas.”

“Montgomery County has denied that it is a “sanctuary” jurisdiction, but it was featured in a report from ICE of jurisdictions that ignored immigration detainers. The detainer was for a Salvadoran who was charged with assault. The report also listed Montgomery County as a jurisdiction that has “enacted policies which limit cooperation with ICE.”
“A Montgomery County council member previously called Trump’s executive order to cut federal funding to sanctuary jurisdictions “punitive.” The two alleged rapists at Rockville High School were in the U.S. illegally, and had outstanding orders to appear before an immigration judge.”
