During Obama’s Presidency, he made a certain promise about the prisoners within the Iranian-swap deal. “These individuals were not charged with terrorism or any violent offenses,” said President Obama.
This “one-time gesture” ended up being a hidden Iran deal. In reality, these so-called civilians were not non-violent offenders, but serious terrorists, as identified by Obama’s own administration.

“These were not civilians arrested for political crimes. The Obama justice department characterized these people as serious terrorists, who had supplied material equipment to terrorist organizations in the Middle East and that supplied nuclear components to Iran.”
“These were serious prosecutions with a tremendous amount of evidence against these people. The next day, they were gone. The prosecutor suddenly learned that the defendants they were prosecuting were out of federal prison and back in Iran.”
“What did we gain in return for releasing [known terrorists?] But, look, it goes even deeper than that. It goes to the involvement of Hillary Clinton when she was Secretary of State and was facilitating American dealers, to deliver arms, that ended up in the hands of what she called “militias.”

In fact, they were charged with posing threats to US national security as part of a weapons-procurement ring.”
“More, the administration also dropped charges against 14 fugitives involved in smuggling sophisticated weapons to Iran and its terrorist subsidiaries. That move ended the international arrest warrants against the 14 — and Obama & Co. had been obstructing efforts to apprehend them.”
