Willie Robertson Has A Degree

Yes. The long bearded redneck did go to college. Many fans aren’t shocked by this revelation. When you consider the fact that Willie is the CEO of a multi-million dollar business it makes sense. You’d assume he has a degree in business, finance, or something in that area. However, that isn’t the case. Willie told Sway Calloway on Sway In The Morning, “I didn’t think I was gonna go to college, my wife was going to college.”
Korie told Willie if they were going to be married he would need to come with her and get his own degree. “So I basically found out what the easiest degree to get was,” recalls the CEO. “It turns out there is a P.E. degree that you don’t even get a certification to teach, and I have that degree.” That’s right — Willie Robertson has a degree in Physical Education.
Phil Robertson Is the Most Educated Robertson

Phil, the patriarch of the family is actually the most educated. On Sway In the Morning, Willie pointed out that Phil looks the most homeless and least-educated of the group, but actually has the most schooling. Phil also has a degree in Physical Education, but got the teaching certificate too. He also has a Masters degree in English.
John Luke and Mary Kate Robertson

Currently, the Robertsons have quite a few college-aged children in their family. John Luke is the son of Willie and Korie Robertson and he recently married Mary Kate McEacharn. The pair moved to Lynchburg Virginia where they attended a semester at Liberty University.
The school is most known for its status as a Christian University. The University’s website states “Learn, develop, and grow at Liberty so you can impact your culture as a Champion for Christ.” In a recent post on Mary Kate’s blog, entitled The Little Duck Wife, she announced she had been taking the semester off, keeping up with school while traveling the country to perform at speaking arrangements was too hard.
She also shared that John Luke is taking only one residential class and a few online classes. It will be interesting to see if the pair finishes their degrees. Since they already seem to have a steady income from their businesses, speaking engagements, and the Duck Dynasty series, there probably isn’t much incentive.
Sadie Skipped College
Sadie Robertson has not enrolled in a college as of yet. This would be her year to do so. However, the young starlet is busy touring the country with her “Live Original Tour.” That doesn’t leave much time for classes and homecomings!
It would appear the Duck Dynasty family values education, but not over business experience. College isn’t a mandate for them. They prefer to be entrepreneurs!
