The Robertsons believe in long withstanding marriages, and fighting for marriage. This is evidenced in many of their personal stories. Alan and Lisa Robertson have written about their struggles with infidelity. Jep and Jessica Robertson have shared their struggles with substance abuse. Even Phil and Miss Kay have shared their marital struggles. However, Si Robertson keeps his relationship private. Si’s wife Christina is not involved in the filming of Duck Dynasty. She is also not a part of Si’s spin-off Going Si-ral. However, their marriage is as strong as ever.
She’s Got Good Sense
Si Robertson has always joked that his wife Christina had better sense than the rest of the family. The reality is that Christina is not in the quality of health needed for the grueling filming days. Si Robertson is of above average health and activity for his age, and his wife isn’t able to keep up. Si told US Weekly, “Sometimes we film 12 hours a day, and she’s just not healthy enough to go through the rigors of that.” He was quick to point out that it’s no big deal to Christina. They’ve been married over 40 years, and she didn’t need to see any more of that played out on television.

Although both Si and Christina are self-proclaimed “homebodies,” Si Robertson admitted they were party animals in their past. Robertson recalled, “We enjoyed going out and dancing, so we had a good time when we were dating.” Si admits that being a celebrity has made his everyday life a bit harder. Leaving the house can be tricky. The Uncle said, “Celebrity life is not all it’s cracked up to be…If I had a choice to go somewhere or stay home, I’d stay home.”
Active Family Member
Christina has made a few public appearances in the past, once at the premiere of the Robertson family musical. Si and Christina share two children, a daughter, and a son. They also have eight grandchildren. Can you imagine having Uncle Si as your grandfather? What lucky children. The couple were married in 1971, and have lived a happy and blessed life.
Si Robertson is one of the most well-known reality stars of today, yet he’s managed to keep his bride’s personal life out of the tabloids and media. That’s what I call an incredible feat and a loving husband.
