Lone Wolf Likely Had Help With Attack

Manchester Explosion | Photo Credit Independent The “lone wolf” attack in Manchester London is, of course, just part of a larger operation. New reports confirm that there was a network backing up the man who committed the terrible act at Manchester Arena.

So far, four people have been arrested and taken into custody, each of which thought to have some sort of connection to the bombing. In addition, the Prime Minister has announced a critical threat level to the highest degree in case of another attack.

British troops and soldiers are setting up on the streets and at tourist locations.

At Least Four Others Arrested So Far In Connection

“The police have been active in trying to route out this network. There have been raids today with three people arrested, and another raid right in the center of Manchester. All told, four people under arrest.”

“The terror threat has been increased in the UK to the most severe, critical level. That means that the authorities think that perhaps another attack in a similar vein could be in the [works]. We are beginning to see British troops on the street and in front of key installations like Buckingham Palace.”

The troops are also setting up near events like football games.

Reuters reports:

“A source said British investigators were hunting for anyone who may have helped build the suicide bomb. “I think it’s very clear that this is a network that we are investigating,” police chief Ian Hopkins said outside Manchester police headquarters.”

“And as I’ve said, it continues at a pace. There’s extensive investigations going on and activity taking place across Greater Manchester as we speak.” Abedi, who was born in Manchester in 1994 to Libyan parents, blew himself up on Monday night at the Manchester Arena indoor venue at the end of a concert by U.S. pop singer Ariana Grande attended by thousands of children and teenagers.”
